225 Foxborough Boulevard was a dated, nearly vacant, 48,000 square foot office building located in a ten-acre office park in Foxborough, Massachuses. The building owner needed a more inviting, open, and contemporary feel for the building and retained NDA’s design services to reinvigorate the building entrance and atrium lobby.  The renovation included the replacement of the existing, heavy masonry entrance with a more contemporary curtain wall and composite metal panel systems. The
existing, two-story lobby atrium was rejuvenated with new skylights, open cable railing systems, lighting, ceiling,
and finishes.
