NDA provided architecture and engineering services for a 240,000-square foot warehouse and service center for Best Buy in Bellingham, Massachusetts.  Working with National Development and Cranshaw Construction, the project was completed in 10 months including permitting, design, and construction.  Load bearing, insulated precast concrete panels were designed for the exterior walls to reduce construction time and allow for uninterrupted construction through the cold winter months.  The main entrance and office area is accentuated with contrasting overlapping concrete corner panels and metal panel siding.
