This project consisted of the renovation of a pre-existing warehouse facility into an industrial manufacturing and retail showroom for Bossard Group. Bossard Group, an international company offering smart fastening solutions acquired Arnold Industries, a recognized expert in the electronics, telecommunications, medical technology and energy sectors for premium fastening solutions. This acquisition required a new facility to be built including 11,000 square feet of open and private offices and an 86,000 square foot warehouse. The customer experience begins upon entry into the reception area where the three elements of the company’s Proven Productivity Model, symbolically represented in the company logo, is featured in both color and material choice, as well as in the pattern and design of the ceramic tile flooring, custom reception desk, and in the lighting fixtures.
