Kirsch Place is a smart growth project, combining high-density residential units and retail/commercial space with nearby access to public transportation.  Occupying a city block on Moody Street, Kirsch Place was designed to blend in with the fabric of Moody Street and maintain the charm and character of the original neighborhood.  The project includes nearly 9,000 square feet of retail/commercial space bordering Moody Street and sixteen residential apartment units.
