ITW/EAE Speedline, a developer and provider of equipment used in electronics manufacturing, was relocating from their existing location in Franklin, MA to their new location in Hopkinton, MA. The new space was an approximately 50,000 square foot space on the lower level of a three-story office building. The new space was designed to accommodate office space as well as light manufacturing and lab space.
