Ron Meehan, AIA, NCARB
As an architect and Principal at NDA, Ron is responsible for the daily operations of the firm and is actively involved in each project, providing leadership and knowledge to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Ron has over 30 years of experience in all phases of the design and construction process with a diversity of project types including commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, military, and residential.

David M. Berryman, AIA, NCARB
David has over 25 years of experience in all phases of the architectural process from pre-design and programming to schematic design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration as well as furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) procurement. Through the years, he has utilized Revit and AutoCAD in the preparation of contract documents. Further, he has experience with Revit and Adobe Photoshop for 3D renderings and visualization. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work on various types of projects including automotive, educational, medical, governmental, residential, retail, pharmaceutical and military facilities.

Kurt Nilsen
Since joining NDA in 2005, Kurt has been responsible for planning and coordinating many large complex projects including retail, industrial and warehouse/distribution facilities. Kurt provides added strength to the team through his attention to detail and passion for quality work. With over twenty-five years of experience and a substantial understanding of building design and construction, Kurt effectuates his position with strong technical skills and versatility.
Jennifer E. Barry
As Senior Interior Designer, Jennifer has created space for corporate office, high-end retail, industrial facilities, and residential units. With more than 25 years of experience, fifteen of which have been with NDA, Jennifer finds excitement in developing an efficient space plan while integrating creative design features in every project. Jennifer is responsible for implementing all interior design aspects of a project including lighting selection and placement, the design and detailing of custom millwork, and promoting architectural elements that heighten a project’s interest. Her creative ability to transform a client’s vision into reality adds a sense of individuality that is exclusive to each project with which she is involved.
Adam J. Redbord, AIA, LEED AP
As a Registered Architect with over 15 years of experience Adam has been the Project Architect on an assortment of higher education projects and recreational facilities, as well as commercial projects. Adam’s responsibilities range from master planning and conceptual design with clients, to ensuring the quality and fidelity of documentation among the design team, engineers, consultants and contractors. Concurrently Adam has served as the LEED Project Administrator earning LEED certification for over 20 buildings. Client’s Adam has worked with since joining NDA include, National Development, Raytheon and Bossard.
