Our project for the David Clark Company is wrapping up construction.  The first employees are getting ready to make the move.  The project for their new corporate headquarters in Worcester, MA is transforming an existing 3-story building with a comprehensive 156,000 sq. ft. interior renovation, allocating 20,000 sq. ft. for office space and 100,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing in addition to a complete site re-design. As a company with roots in Worcester dating back to 1931, we're honored to play a part in David Clark Co.'s continued growth and legacy. OPM services are being provided by Mark David of the M. David Company. Construction is slated for completion in summer 2026.
