Newbury Design completed the design and construction drawings that will include the demolition of approximately 150,000 square feet of deteriorated manufacturing space. In the next phase of the project new entry/lobby and stair towers will be completed. The project will also include the renovation of approximately 50,000 square feet of existing space to be shell ready for future lease.
