This project consisted of renovations to an existing two-story industrial building as well as a new loading dock addition. The 35,000 square foot renovation
consisted of a new entry lobby with the installation of an elevator as well as sub-diving the space into 4 tenants. In addition the second floor was renovated
into shared office space and conference rooms. The project was completed in 2022.
