This project consists of renovating an existing building that contained a Stop and Shop and Home Goods into a pilot manufacturing facility.  The 150,000 square foot renovation consists of a new entry lobby, open office space, break
rooms and manufacturing warehouse space.  The project is slated for completion in 2024.
