Newbury Design has finalized the design for David Clark Co.’s new corporate headquarters in Worcester, MA. The project transforms an existing 3-story building with a comprehensive 156,000 sq. ft. interior renovation, allocating 20,000 sq. ft. for office space and 100,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing. As David Clark Co. continues its legacy in Worcester since 1931, we’re thrilled to contribute to the company’s future. Construction is ongoing and is slated for completion in summer 2026.
