Newbury Design is moving forward with the town permitting process for a large multi-family residential development featuring 275 units, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The project will include a clubhouse with pool amenities, five separate apartment buildings of varying sizes, and seven detached garage buildings. Construction is slated to begin in 2027.
